I could not believe it. The immigration officer at the U.S. Embassy in Prague denied visa for this reason: Hynek has no strong ties to the Czech Republic. I guess he did not listen when I explained my situation: I worked 2 years in London and I only came back to the Czech Republic to get the jabs, visas and to say Good Bye to my family before I start my big journey.

I explained that I have no intention to enter United States. I only need to change at the L. A. airport for my flight to Mexico. I will not even put my foot on the american soil. WAKE UP! THIS IS A TRANSIT! Was he jealous, or what? I guess I will have to try it again in London. Hopefully they have some staff with common sence there!
